Activate! Land in the hands of communities

This policy report explores the community land movement, land use and community led land regeneration, using five Big Local areas as case studies. It looks at how Big Local areas have approached regeneration, highlighting lessons for post-austerity Britain around land ownership, community power, long-term funding, and the role of social infrastructure in transforming local spaces.
