Big Local: What's new and different?

This is a review of a range of programmes in the UK and abroad to identify learnings taken forward by Big Local, and to highlight issues that Big Local needed to address in order to be 'new and different', focusing on the importance of an asset-led and flexible approach to community-driven change.
