Community Leadership Academy practice review

This practice review reflects on the design and delivery of the Community Leadership Academy as part of the Big Local programme. Roundtable discussions explored how the structure, tools, coaching model, and peer-led learning environment supported leadership development and empowered participants. These discussions were based on an earlier report: Building Community Leadership.
