Developing potential: Lessons from community experiences of regeneration

This research report offers learnings for community groups based on five Big Local areas' experiences and perceptions of regeneration and development. The report identifies barriers to genuine community involvement in regeneration and shares learning on how to generate more inclusive, place-focused planning that values social infrastructure and resident participation in governance.
