Spheres of community influence

This research report uses eight case studies of community leaders in seven Big Local areas to examine the difference community leadership training has made in Big Local areas. 

The report explores how the training influenced individuals, partnerships, and communities, highlighting changes in relational working, leadership confidence, and democratic practice, and identifies the conditions that enable or block long-term impact.
